To our valued clients and partners,

As a follow-up to the letter I shared last week, I wanted to once again update you on what we are doing at Elite to support you, your brands and your business during this difficult time. I believe that especially in times like these, communication is of paramount importance and I want to ensure complete transparency so you can be confident knowing we are both prepared and equipped for success.

In an effort to ensure the well-being of our staff and do our part to help Canada “flatten the curve” with the spread of COVID-19, we made the decision last Friday to completely work remotely starting today (March 16).

We have practiced for this, and we are ready.

Our philosophy over the past several weeks since this all began has been to hope for the best, but plan for the worst. As such, we have reviewed all aspects of our operations to ensure that we can continue to operate normally and provide the same great service you have come to expect.

We know that as a trusted partner, you rely on us heavily, and in these unprecedented times, we are here for you, as always.

Our entire team is fully equipped with everything they need to operate at full force. Our marketing, communication and security tech stacks are best-in-class, and have been battle-tested. All members of our team are able to securely access all files, connect into our internal operational infrastructure, and collaborate with each other and with you.

Any previously scheduled in-person meetings will be changed to virtual meetings. I appreciate your support with this transition, as we want to keep everyone safe.

I want to take a moment to recognize all of the amazing people at Elite who rallied together to action our business continuity plans and swiftly prepare for the journey ahead. I am so proud to work with so many talented, amazing people who are ready to embrace any challenge and rise to the occasion.

For those of you where we manage your websites and applications, I want to reiterate that our DevOps team has been prudent in planning to ensure that there will be no interruptions. All of the standard drills and verifications have been completed, and they are constantly in touch with our networking partners.

I know that at this time, you are also making important decisions for your business and I encourage you to keep our team informed, so that we may continue to support you in the best possible manner.

As we all seek to navigate these unprecedented times, my unwavering commitment continues to be to care for our staff, partners and clients. During these challenging times, the power of our partnership is needed most of all. On behalf of myself and the entire Elite team, please know that we will be here for you when you need us as we face this head-on together; unified in our commitment and united in our abilities to face whatever may come next.
