Today marks a milestone for us here at ELITE Digital. Canadian Business has released the ‘Growth 500’ list, which ranks Canadian Businesses on five-year revenue growth, profiling the country’s most successful entrepreneurial businesses — we are honoured to announce that not only did we make this list, but that we ranked 87th!As Canadian Business notes:”In many ways, the companies on the 2018 Growth 500 ranking of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies are diverse: they represent a vast array of industries, regions and size. But in one variable they are firmly united: each has demonstrated aggressive—often, exponential—revenue growth.”“Our Growth 500 ranking is the culmination of digital savvy, exceptional work, a diverse, talented team, and an agency environment that treats clients, and each other, like family,” says Robert Burko, CEO of ELITE Digital, which also recently won three Summit International Awards. ELITE evolved from an email marketing company Burko started in high school called Elite Email,  which was one of the first cloud apps created in Canada. It quickly earned several accolades from Website Magazine’s Top 50 Email Marketing Service Provider (twice), Backbone Magazine’s Top 300 IT companies, to a Business Excellence Award by the Toronto Board of Trade.“Part of our initial strategy was to white label ourselves, becoming the “digital arm” for traditional marketing agencies at a time when it wasn’t a main focus for brands,” adds Burko, noting the upward trend in digital has propelled them full steam ahead. As accounts grew steadily, he separated the company into two divisions: small to medium-sized business and enterprise.Today ELITE continues to service Canada’s biggest household names like CPG brands including General Mills, IOGO, Orville, Agropur,  Windsor Salt and PepsiCo (Pepsi, Lays, Ruffles,Gatorade, Doritos, Quaker, Cheetos); media and entertainment brands like NBA, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, Rogers Communications and Property Brothers; and several pharma giants, with plans to grow this sector. We are incredibly excited to have ranked so high on this list and look forward to where our journey in the digital marketing world takes us next!
