Accessible formats and communication supports

This feedback process, and any response to it, is available in accessible formats and with communication supports — such as large print, audio, or another format that works for you — on request, at no additional cost. Just let us know what would help.

How we handle your feedback

Once feedback is received, it is reviewed and logged by our Human Resources team. Where feedback identifies a barrier, it is addressed directly and recorded as part of our ongoing accessibility planning. All feedback, including complaints, is taken seriously and handled confidentially. We aim to acknowledge feedback promptly and will follow up directly where a response has been requested.
